It's only 3 months that I worked for but the experience was really horrible...Was laid off during covid 19....no updates on the development of the situation taking place.. when the transition happened we were informed verbally that all the policies remain the same as the previous company but every policy changed within 2 months. I understand that companies will be able to be run smoothly only if there is revenue flowing in but none of the staff where informed on the situation. Suddenly they call and inform you are on notice and we will try to redeploy you and not s single call comes for redeployment.. Then after 4 days they you are not in notice...after 3 weeks again they come back and say you are on bench and that was it.The ER team was not aware of any decision...all we got to hear from them is we will inform the top management... would have appreciated if there was more transparency and the management was more professional....Read More

There is no regards for employees.. it's like I care a damn attitude..
