Here at altruist technology there is no work pressure and it is very chill process and you can be eligible for internal promotion within 9 months of your tenurity however, seniors are also very supportive especially Zaved Hussain sir from consumer durable LOB.

Dislikes

The salary which they give to every individual including experience holder is only 12600/- in hand and there is no increment in your overall tenurity though it be 6 months or 2 years and above. However, if you get promoted from your designation post probation period of 3 months it willbe 14600/- and not more then that. And there is no double pay or anything like that for working on national holiday and so dislike other companies....Read More
