One weird person was manager ...he was colleague to our leadership head and that's why leadership head cannot take any negative feedback for my manager. They are treating employees like slave.

Micro management. They dont value their employees, they value their client only. No job security. Client consider and treats us better than Altimetrik. If you have a valid reason and even if the client is okay, Altimetrik manager force you to come to office.

Easy onboarding but very late to associate with the client. Managers are not considerate to know what is happening with the folks. Employee not valued.
