I would really recommended Altimetrik, Since there are transparent policies, No unnecessary deduction from salary, Better and efficient work culture.

Dislikes

When you deploy Consultants at Client place, Please ask sales person to meet each and every single person. It actually feels good when someone really ask you when you are far away from home.

Work Details

Since you will get deployed to Client place, you will not be able to take benefits of Altimetrik Base office's facilities. Work Culture at Altimetrik Offices is also good since enough deadline will be given to you to accomplish your task or assignment.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

- Work life balance takes a toll when you are working in client projects and especially when clients are from Banking, Fintech industry. - Appraisals might not be that good, if you are not a manager's favorite.

Likes only when we joined we get good response.

Dislikes

Irrelevant interviews will setup for project change and even if profile not matching also they ask us to give interview. No proper planning for resources management and project allocation. Like we have lots.
