If no project first of all why should they hire us by giving false assurance No opportunity for new joiners Sit in bench , nobody cares , nobody responds , simply they will give point of contact but that is waste finally they will call you one day and fire you

when I joined company it started well but slowly the management turned in favor of employees of one particular region and from then it seemed their word is final. My suggestion to the top management was then don't hire people from else where. Was forced to resign.

This org having multiple clients , so they will drop you somewhere sure , it's like contract. if contract completes then you will lose your job.so never prefer this type of orgs. HR s will never respond.

Micro management. They dont value their employees, they value their client only. No job security. Client consider and treats us better than Altimetrik. If you have a valid reason and even if the client is okay, Altimetrik manager force you to come to office.

Easy onboarding but very late to associate with the client. Managers are not considerate to know what is happening with the folks. Employee not valued.

Lot if instability. They are not able to find suitable job profiles of clients to associate. Unclear of what they work on.
