Helpful Team Good place to start from. People are always here to help (not management but other colleagues).

Management is not transparent. Work life balance is worst you will be pulled into all the thing, irrespective if that is some thing you’re supposed to be doing or not. Toxic work culture, egoistic and rude managers, too much micromanagement. Technical guys aren't given much importance here. Managers lack etiquettes how to behave professionally. Also no technical growth here, every 6 month they reorganize the management. People with zero technical knowledge, zero IT knowledge, zero management skills are sitting at top position.

No team support. I work for 6 years, there is no team collaboration and if you do by yourself they call you xylo. I have total 15+ years of experience and still they find me of no use. No use of potential. I have literally dropped my Azure certificate exams due to uncontrollable loads of assignment. No goal within the project.
