You will stuck with same kind of work More of documentation which is irritating You should be happy if you get testing atleast,otherwise it will be documentation work Like code review, requirement review Testing also will be mostly on the tool which is not in the market Salary is fine as of now No extra facility, no bonus No diwali gifts, nothing totally 0 Insurance is also from our salary itself If you are doing job just for timepass you can join Otherwise no career growth They take the students who have scored above 70% but put them in some useless work, which can be done without any degree No proper training, that's why it feels so boring...Read More
