In my department, I found no interference in work from my Manager or Team Leader. It was a friendly environment.

Good company for entry level people's to grow up to be a master. Management people's are giving good Opertunity and freedom to develope yours skills by yourself. Appraisals are very good & every two years once according to yours performance, which may be unbelievable really what you expect. My work is little challenging job day by day I will give a solution for peculiar breakdowns. According to these breakdowns I should update TPM, and I have to make them, "the people's must understand and followup the updated TPM related issues".
