Only building is good baki andar se everything ( people & system) is shallow.

Very bad culture of Silvassa unit. Company is running in loss. 1400 rupees of increment. Poor HR system no KRA decided, randomly asked to do any work. An engineer is not getting the work he should be given. No communication with the juniors, we feel so neglected. So much partiality. GET culture. People are becoming executive on thebasis of the college or on the basis of nepotism, skills are not valued here. No per motions and growth. Full Lala company. You will never get what you deserve in this company. Highest resign rate of this unit across the all Alpla unit around the globe. And management is just filling their own pockets. HR manager just know how to get is own per motion but don’t even going in deep that why people is leaving. Not even higher management is asking. All the data like people’s exist interview are manipulated and then show to the higher management. Even all the good reviews over here are fake reviews which have been forcefully made to fill by the people. Request to the higher management to please look why people are leaving and don’t trust on the manipulated data. Otherwise deserving people will otherwise also find their way but this will lead to a very bad impression of this company in the market. What I like most about working at Alpla is that people live there like a family. If someone has a problem, they solve it together. If you commit a mistake, you get proper training for it so that you do not repeat the same mistake again. I like all these things about Alpla.

I like alpla the policies of my company. After some time, to learn something different, one has to go to another place because when one goes to a different place, one gets to learn something new. The ideal place is a new environment, a new colour and one gets to learn new things.
