Politics at work No appreciation Good rapport of HM, Coordinator and admin staff with sycophants. If you are someone who is professional and doesn't get involve in rubbish talks your no problems will be heard. You flatter and get your work done. No respect for teachers but totally students - parents centered. Business centered school. Fake commitments. Principal doesn't have etiquette to talk. Only sugar coated words by her. Biased policies and rubbish reasons to deduct salary. Long working hours without reason. After school hours though your work is done you simply sit and chat but can't go home. Don't know why even when students have left school, teachers are made to sit for hours. One more important con they have is deposit policy. When you join 1st month's salary only half amount will be credited, rest of the amount will be credited after completion of your tenure. Teachers discontinue the school very frequently....Read More
