The teachers were very good

The principal has no clue how to run an educational institute. She keeps changing the rules each day and try to cut salary by bringing in new rules. Salaries are not paid on time.

Politics at work No appreciation Good rapport of HM, Coordinator and admin staff with sycophants. If you are someone who is professional and doesn't get involve in rubbish talks your no problems will be heard. You flatter and get your work done. No respect for teachers but totally students - parents centered. Business centered school. Fake commitments. Principal doesn't have etiquette to talk. Only sugar coated words by her. Biased policies and rubbish reasons to deduct salary. Long working hours without reason. After school hours though your work is done you simply sit and chat but can't go home. Don't know why even when students have left school, teachers are made to sit for hours. One more important con they have is deposit policy. one thing i like is that they dont have any developed western vocals nd western music curiculum western voal teachers were free to train studets rom their own syllabus

lots of dedution in saary they give sunday of and the deduct that also if you take leave on friday or saturday secondly tsoe who were new joinees once they jin their first 15 days salary they take as a security deposit
