They cut salary and dont pay overdue amounts. Its a fraud company. I left and they did not settle my finsl account. Dont recommjend anyone to join with these cheaters.

Work Details

I was a GM Marketing and did much improvemewnt in sales. Started when the company had Rs 25 Lacs turnover. left the company by making turenover of Rs. 30 Crores before covid pandemic with new accounts in Africa, Middle East, Australia, Sri Lanka.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
