Likes

I was in Purchase Department. To me Teammates were excellent.Relation with other colleagues were good and co-operative. Only problem is that there is no growth.

Salary - Excellent
Job security - Excellent
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Salary structure is very poor than other concerns of same level. Further, there was no appreciation for a good job.

Promotions - Poor

Work Details

My work is challenging. I have to look after day to day job, all the project job I have to look after.Co-ordinating with Accounts Dept for regularisation of accounts of the vendors. Generating technical reports required by different Govt. authorities.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
