The teammates you get are the only support system you will ever have. You will get to learn business tactics, but that comes with a huge price. I would recommend you to skip this place and get yourself placed with a larger organization. There are a lot of fake promises and manipulation.

Dislikes

They do not have a proper salary structure, organizational structure. They will use you until you are valuable to them. This is a terrible place to work. My advice is to all the people is just leave and find a better company for yourself.

Work Details

The work was hectic. Being a very small company, everything is unorganized. Very low pay, delay in salary and often profanity will damage you mentally.
