Very bad company and worst work culture. There is no clarity amongst employees. Everybody is treated as a robot. No communication/reviews/promotion nothing!

Alok is very good organization in textile company

There is nothing to like about company. Alok is the worst company I have ever seen. Joining Alok Industries is the biggest mistake of my life. Everything is just mess over there. DO NOT JOIN ALOK, I REPEAT DO NOT JOIN ALOK. Even you don't have job still I will say better to be jobless instead of working with Alok.

Management, people, work culture, seniors, super seniors, HR team, person who is looking over PF accounts, no one is supportive. Politics is at it's peak. Toxic environment is there. Only IT and admin department is nice. whoever reading my reviews, please save your life by not joining Alok also share it with your friends who are going to join and save them too..!
