One thing which I really like about Alohomora that is Culture. People of Alohomora are really optimistic.They really work so hard .feeling great full.

Dislikes

They do partiality, which I really dislike. Seniors are not clear about their roles and responsibilities.

I like work culture of Alohomora. As we all treat each other equal & no our boundries.

Dislikes

There is no structure office management & less event celebration.

Work Details

It's been quite interesting. As I have been there first student & from a student to managing 600+ Alumni now has given me a lot of learn & explore.

I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
