Flexible timing, not really much I like about this company

Dislikes

There is no work life balance, there is no life only work. There is nothing in the favour of employees, it's all for company and management. There is no medical insurance. There is no PF, now I heard they are providing PF for new joiners, don't know how true is that. There is no coffee, tea or anything in the office, you have to go out for that. There is not even tissue paper available in washroom, just one bundle in kept in morning and it's finished within an hour and thats it. There is no transparency between clients and company. Manager always keeps the client in dark. New people are introduced as experienced to the client and that employee have to work day and night to finish his work. When you try to take leave you made to feel like you are criminal. They only hire freshman or 1-2 years experience who is in dire need of money. I would suggest whoever joining this computer don't join or keep this as very last option. I can't write enough about them, this is just worst company....Read More
