I got the best leaders Mr. Dilsher singh(FOM) , Ms. Diksha prasad(FDM) who helped me to learn and grow. I learnt a lot under their leadership, guidance, support

Except my leaders FOM, FDM nothing was good over there I was asked to do over time and I did.... When I left the hotel and got my fnf amount they didn't gave the overtime amount and unnecessary deductions were there. I would never prefer to work in aloft orr neither I won't suggest that place to anyone

I am doing Corporate level vendor development Central Purchase Rate Contract among the group of Hotels. Cost saving through Centralization and Standing orders to the group of Hotels. Past 3 Financial years appx per year 21 Lakh saving through Centralize.

There is nothing to like you need to work as labor for 12-14 hours no appreciation no salary increments. Post spending 3 year with same company I received my 1st increment was 1100 inr
