Company is good but Management does not Handle the Dholera Client. and company Management have not no experience for selecting the key person. But company is good. No doubts of salary, salary is on timming. Company have a good H.r. Policy. But company can a creat better HR. Policy for site staff.

Dislikes

Time sheet. Key staff does not communicate to junior staff about the role & responsibility. They do not understand to junior about the contract.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
