First of I would like to ascertain that ATESCO, Ahmadi-Kuwait One of the Best EPCC Private Sector Company have been Executed Several EPCC Projects for KOC including for KOC Gathering Center (GC-17, EPCC Project which I have had executed during MY tenure 2000-2004.I had better opportunity in the aspects of carrier growth in the senseto learn, develop Piping / Rotating equipment Design & Engineering, Detailed Engineering, Expedite Vendor Packages, Conducting Tests & Inspection during procurement, construction Phase, Strategic Planning, Interaction with Client Representatives, Estimate Cost for additional scope, Prepare Cash-flow Projects, Submit Monthly Invoices, Cost Control, Expedite Procurement & Construction Completion, Pr-commission, Commissioning and Turnover of the project....Read More

Incompetent / Junior Engineers and Staff with whom to lead the project, through whom were supposed get carry out the works whenever scarcity of time to meet the project schedule, rather blunder mistakes committed!

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
