For any fresher this company is like an academy with full of activities where you can learn and earn. Everyday you can learn many things. I am very lucky as an Almarai employee. Skill development is a very important part for this company.

Dislikes

Due to some incapable people talented guys are suffering and leaving this company. In some cases top management knows about this fact but still they are not reacting towards this change. This culture has to be taken care for going forward.
