An overall good organization, no micro-management. HR and team mantes all are very supportive.

Great HR team, Team depends if your reporting manager is from US/CostaRica, then work experience will be unique, with many growth opportunities and opportunities to work on some challenging projects.

Dislikes

Most of the Lead are the team members who does not know the team handling and people management; it feels like working with a local sales team.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
