They fire very easily without caring about the family and career if the employee. Most important aspect is that, the work experience does not add any value to your resume. This is a dead end job. They have the worst management and direction. Only those people who are willing to bow infront of the bosses will survive and will be favoured for promotions. No matter how talented you are you can not grow here. You need to learn how to appease your bosses. That is the most important thing. The R&D wing isnot secular also because of few people at top. Conduct assessments to each and every individual not the ones whom you target and backstab. ERC and R&D verticals are the two eyes of alliantgroup, don't permanently close the ERC-eye in the name of basics. The whole ERC and R&D folks have to give basics assessment to find EXCELLENCE.
