It is the worst organization anyone can think of. All the useless and talentless people are ruling the place. The Managers, editors, mentors etc all are incompetent and have zero skillset but will think of themselves as Issac Newton. They do not do single piece of work only conduct meetings round the clock in the name waste the time of team members. Ultimately poor team members will have to extend the working hours to complete the work. HR only listens to the managers and editors etc no point of flagging anything to HR. Worst, it will have repercussions on the person who said anything to HR. No job security, they can fire anyone who they don't like or I should say who doesn't party with them without any prior notice. If for any medical or personal reasons you ask for wfh they will give after doing so much of drama and will give you more work and showcase as if they have done some favour on you by letting you work from home. The work product is useless. You lose your credibility once you work in this company. Leave as soon as you can....Read More
