One of the worst company in which I worked, No work-life Balance, worst culture as HOD.. Even for going toilet you need to take permission. Government holidays working.. All Saturdays working... It's not a employee centric.. It's like a higher management centric company. Worst decision of my life which I took. I spent my life worst days in this worst company.. [Alliance University] Lot of politics between employees... No team work. No Job Security.. If you go against any negativity around.. No one is there to listen your voice.. If, you want to tell something.. University rules keeps on changing according to Chancellor decision which is Mr. Prakash One of the worst person I met. Manager's and HR's are useless people. Just concerned for only Chancellor decision Prakaash. Please think twice about joining this worsted university because you are putting your family in danger, without any intimation or prior notice they will ask you to resign from your job role.. Without your notice they keep on changing your working hours according to their term and conditions. I worked for almost in the peak time of admission which is a very tough time.. I handle everything in a smooth manner. But when releasing the confirmation letter they went against me. Asked me to resign on immediate effect. They doesn't have courtesy to atleast tell employees on priority notice to leave the organization. They used me according to their admission season and thrown me out when the admission season closed.
