The infrastructure of this university is better than my last employment. Here they have good facilities for students. It's easy to convince studentd after showing them infrastructure which in Karnataka most competitors lack. The competitors like ifim, is r etc have no facilities like this campus

Here people are mad about their past. Most come from other colleges and want to be better than that college rather make this place better. Like if someone has come from ifim they wa t to make this place like ifim and not a university which is better than good universities of country. The head of admission is obsessed with Ifim and will do everything they do making us uncomfortable as we have better plans. They work with agents for admission while I believe we must build our marketing in such way that kids would come by themselves agents here act like Gods because they treat the like that as they pay to get students from agents. Very bad model of operation. Politics is bad here. Vc madam is good but everyone else is too much politics...Read More

U need to take permission to go toilet and wash room, cannot do lunch with colleagues, managers are treated as labors

Pls read this as Dislikes, unable to Edit currently: As everywhere, it was too much workload, 9 hrs in office, 2-3 hrs at home even on Sundays. All this without any appreciation. Boss praises one day, forgets good work immediately and starts firing next day, this cycle keeps repeating. Very de-moralising. Likes: Campus, Food quality, variety and taste, timely salary.

Work Details

Work was interesting. If you are in a good team and your Manager is happy with you, you can work for long term here. I was not happy as after reaching home, many times I had to work for 2-3 hrs and even on Sundays due to unorganised Managers.
