Likes

Very good Campus infra & d way its physical administratively managed. Good subsidised Breakfast & Daily complimentary Lunch for All Staff. Transport pick n drop facility. The ownership issues at the Top Management Level have led to decline of the institute over past years

Dislikes

1)Poor & below average Student Intake 2)Quality making them.Unplaceable. 3) Mid Nov 2019 , Incident related to the Institution's head in Criminal Case was a Shocker as he is still in custody I heard. 4) almost 45 plus days delay in Salary during December 2019 & few months thereafter. & now Pay cut due to Covid have further added to.our miseries.

Sales driven Placement culture as majorly mediocre students most not meeting criteria of above consistently above 60% _75% which is must for a good b school.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
