Since it's an Indian MNC, it should focus on how old employees treat and train the new employee, obviously i had a bad experience being a part of the company as a fresher. But the owner of the company not only has a big heart but understands the situation if u put it up with genuine proofs. I respect him. Great fabrication production team- workers. They turned unexpected tasks on platform without wastage of time. least line rejection rate in overall departments

Poor work culture, non adoption of new technique, process non aware of terms kaizen, safety (unsafe act & unsafe condition), 6S & poka- yoke. Poor managment.
