Concerned about job security? Well, it's nearly non-existent in Allengers. You could find yourself out the door any day. While I haven't personally experienced it, I've seen colleagues face this situation. The top brass, including the CMD and other department heads, seem to have their hands all over HR matters. It's as if the CMD believes anyone can handle HR dept, leading to a constant shuffle of people from other departments into HR dept. And don't even get me started on the politics – there's plenty of it. The atmosphere? Toxic. Don't even think about work-life balance as there is none in Allengers. Great fabrication production team- workers. They turned unexpected tasks on platform without wastage of time. least line rejection rate in overall departments

Poor work culture, non adoption of new technique, process non aware of terms kaizen, safety (unsafe act & unsafe condition), 6S & poka- yoke. Poor managment.
