Allen is perhaps the best institute in terms of remunerations, work life balance, and other benefits. HR and higher management listen all your concerns and doubts and try to resolve all your doubts in best possible way. At times you have to stay for longer period of time in the office... Apart for that, I don't find any problem.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
