Leaves gets deducted without even applying, management, environment, always unavailable HR, Escalations wont work on HR, no body cares about emails, you'd get no help when you'd actually need, waste of money in Insurance as they wont help you, etc, etc

The Selection process is easy because top management people don't have deep knowledge about specific technicalities, They more ask about internal collaboration, team conflict, and management if any team member left or abscond the organization within a short span of time.

HR and 3 party background verification team (First Advantage) are performing poorly and collecting wrong information like the police reports and the details of the entire career. After prooving with concrete evidence, they apologise. Have the E-mail correspondence, Vogus HR team. Secondly, After selection, they released an offer letter within 26 days of following up with them. Internal work error just because they hired anyone for a specific job. Nothing, it just sucks. It’s only looks fancy basic call centre job.

Firstly it feels more like a high school more than an office. There is so much micro management. There are times set in your calendar at that time you aren’t even supposed to move from your desk nor talk to anyone except make calls and even when they have no clients to work on they just ask you to call candidates even when they is no job to offer. I left like a scammer while working there. If anyone who’s desperate for money you can join they basically hire anyone and everyone. My first interview went so bad as I was not prepared I was sure I wouldn’t get a call back by the HR team helped me prep for the manger round by telling what they’ll ask I should have gotten an idea by then but I was desperate as I was a fresher.And people like Jaya should be taking classes on how to talk to employees and get out of her data entry work / team lead. Who only knows to abuse her team and keeps wondering why is everyone quitting and daily one or the other team members would be crying cause of hers. She had ruined the whole company’s image cause of her behaviour. That women couldn’t stand that I spoke to the HR on her she excluded me from all the team activities and stopped me from coming to the office as it was night shift we are only allowed to come to office by company’s cab and she didn’t book my cab on those days and asked me to work from home and kept close tabs on my work....Read More

I will never ever suggest anyone to join Allegis. They hire just to get commission from your salary. Harrasment No value No job security Torture Suffering every second Doesn't know even of a second when you will be fired.
