The company has lot of youth crowd, as they mostly target freshers, so there's lot of people you can get along with and not get the feels of you are working in an office setting.

Dislikes

The fixed promotion system, the fixed salary, no appraisals, they hold recognition awards every month but its mostly biased, lack of unprofessionalism from colleagues. (TLs & Managers are professional), no scope of work, just same old work of making calls and sticking onto your desk, th ere's lot of powerplay from so called tenured ppl in team, all the good opportunities and clients goes for them. For freshers I would say this is a best company to start with work environment in this organisation is very good that you feel like a family. Everyone is warm and welcoming.

Dislikes

They don't have yearly hike and promotion process is very long so that is the only thing that bothers me.

The work culture is like American and there are a lot of skills and roles to learn.

Dislikes

Compensation is the main issue, same goes to promotion. It is purely based on luck. Managers and team leads did help a lot but it's all about the recruiter we support there in US. If they did not follow up, all our hardwork is nothing.

I have to say, it was a great experience. I learn a lot about recruitment, especially the US market, the recruiters we support are friendly and helpful in many ways, they took their time to talk, help and even training.

You get to explore the various industries, their hiring methods and tools. Allegis has the most beautiful work stations decorated with toys, postcards and plants, including fish bowls.
