Management is good.

No satisfactory salary increment. Never provide any opportunity to grow. Company doesn't provide any kind of allowances or bonuses. Not even travelling allowance.... People never gets recommended still after working very hard. Only the senior staff gets recommended for any awards and rewards. HR team only care about the problems faced by senior staff.

The work culture is good and professional. The support from Allegis through the COVID pandemic has been pathetic. There has not been any kind of support that has been offered to the employees other than the government-mandated ones.

Dislikes

If one has joined Allegis as a Consultant working for a client, then experience is pathetic. There has been zero support from Allegis in any kind of matter. There is no job security and growth, as the employee must for himself tend to his needs and there would be no support from Allegis. The compensations are never revised and wouldremain the same from the day one joins. Work Details

Well, this review is based on my experience as a Contractor in Allegis working for a client at a different location. The experience has been quite frustrating as Allegis merely acts as a hiring agency and does not take up any kind of responsibility after.

Personally my experience with Tek Systems was amazing as I was placed at one of the best client in healthcare to work with with good compensation and hike during my course .
