Nothing, it just sucks. It’s only looks fancy basic call centre job.

Dislikes

Firstly it feels more like a high school more than an office. There is so much micro management. There are times set in your calendar at that time you aren’t even supposed to move from your desk nor talk to anyone except make calls and even when they have no clients to work on they just ask you to call candidates even when they is no job to offer. I left like a scammer while working there. If anyone who’s desperate for money you can join they basically hire anyone and everyone. My first interview went so bad as I was not prepared I was sure I wouldn’t get a call back by the HR team helped me prep for the manger round by telling what they’ll ask I should have gotten an idea by then but I was desperate as I was a fresher.And people like Jaya should be taking classes on how to talk to employees and get out of her data entry work / team lead. Who only knows to abuse her team and keeps wondering why is everyone quitting and daily one or the other team members would be crying cause of hers. She had ruined the whole company’s image cause of her behaviour. That women couldn’t stand that I spoke to the HR on her she excluded me from all the team activities and stopped me from coming to the office as it was night shift we are only allowed to come to office by company’s cab and she didn’t book my cab on those days and asked me to work from home and kept close tabs on my work....Read More
