Worst experience. Management/promoter family has few favourites and whatever they say will be final. Projects are stared without any future prospects and after lot of efforts nothing moves. People are not helpful. You end up in anxiety and frustration as you will be held responsible for everything that goes down.

Management policies regarding WFH and From office. Limited growth for career. Only 1 major product but planning for the new developments are not clear and proper that affects being a developer. Not IT company, so don't expect the same culture here. Many IT sector things are absent and you may find it hard to get used to it if you are coming from IT service sector background.
