Company is very good.Company 's owner is very ideal and respectable person.All rules and regulation and benefits and perks are as like MNC. Employee gets good salary according to his/her job profile as post.

But Head of management team ( production/ Quality) are inferior. They do not pay attention the work pressure of other team member who works on entry/ middle level job profile.
