No job security, every month somebody is either leaving due to coworkers torture or manager humiliation. Manager use foul language to get his thing done , colleagues are not supporting and everybody working there is short tempered. Don't join skip and move on

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Company is very good.Company 's owner is very ideal and respectable person.All rules and regulation and benefits and perks are as like MNC. Employee gets good salary according to his/her job profile as post.

But Head of management team ( production/ Quality) are inferior. They do not pay attention the work pressure of other team member who works on entry/ middle level job profile. I gave up job unwillingly / without desire due to work pressure .They want to get 10 times of work with single employee. They have not any rules for job and responsibility for their team members.
