Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Regional News Section has very good woring style with their PTC's or contractual staff.

Dislikes

They think contracutal staff are animals they are not considered contractual employee as a employee. Officers are misbehaving or sometimes abusive language with contractual staff also. I think efficent job seeker joins other organisation or company where their is appraised by officials.
