Absolutely nothing. Low grade company and low grade leadership. VP, Directors, and HR India Manager don't know how corporate works.

Almost everything. You will be harrassed and insulted every now and then. No work life balance. 3 jokers ( Directors) managing 3 sites in India. Who never worked in proper MNC's. HR is way political. Few employees left in Mumbai because of her harassment. Hyderabad director busy impressing global leader. Bangalore R&D site leader isnot at all professional. He only know how to blabber and crack silly jokes all the time. Who hired all these leaders that's a big question....Read More
