I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The Work culture is very good at Align (Hyderabad). Being a healthcare product-based company that is focused on transitioning to the latest technology from monolith to microservices you will get to work in the latest technologies like ReactJS, NextJS, Java, and TypeScript. Hybrid mode

Dislikes

Management is poor, the process is vague. Work sharing was not done equally. No onsite opportunity there is no policy for traveling @ Align Hyderabad. Moderate Salary structure, 10-12% hike, you need to pay for parental insurance. Limited budgets.
