Overall no job security..no training no proper increment no no bonus no medical no job security. After giving my best to this company they held back my salary for a silly reason. No humanity absolutely. Fake lot of Management. Worst company i worked in my tenure. Almost all staff leave within a span of 1 to 2 years but the wiser ones leave within months of joining.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
