1)Bus facility to the office location 2)Food is also provided at the office with minimum charges @500 per month 3)salaries also given regularly but with holding one month salary. 4)Somewhat free environment to the employees.

1)Management does not respond quickly to the employees requests. 2)Poor HR management. 3)working hours for construction engineers are 12 hours a day even with out a holiday. ( Holiday will be provided after 2 pm on sunday 😃😃😃) .but, for other departments other than the construction department like sales, accounts and procurementdepartments, working hours will be between 10AM to 7 PM with one day holiday in a week. 4)Management feels themselves as superior and doesn't care employees welfare much....Read More
