Likes

Power is vested with single person, & company doesn't value the employees. Use & throw & hire a new one policy is followed. Hr, CTO no one has the power. No matter how you perform , only few section of employees gets to see the growth.

Dislikes

Hardly anything to appreciate but company has the potential to be top class, employee gets to learn many things in initial year, but with the current pathetic management, its certainly won't go anywhere.
