Not an Organized company. Need a lot of development. Negitive in bothe the ends. Neither employee not customer are satisfied.

Dislikes

They break the rules and they make the rules per their requirement. Who are looking for an long term career- not a right choice to join this company. Pay is good but no standards or quality. One Man efforts(CEO) is ruined by one man's arrogance (CTO).

Training: No proper training is provided by the company. Every Manager and Employees have a different set of mind in respect of Conversation with Clients, Prospectus filling, and Customer acquisition. So one learns a lot but nothing that will bost the work skill. Job Security: There is NO job security. Career Growth: I hardly saw anyone getting growth in Alice Blue. If you take experience and switch to different company. Salary: Up to 50% of Salaries get deducted if one is under performing the task. Travel Allowance: There is no Travel Allowance for Relationship Manager and BDM. Politic: Branches had lots of political issues. But RM and BDM level employees should not fall in political issues of management. Allowance: EPF Allowance is deducted from salary but Alice Blue does not make any effort even to make EPF A/c for their employees. In fact if any employees ask for verification of EPF A/c, they send a fake Picture/Image of fake EPF ID. Learning: Clients interaction helps one to learn new thing.
