Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager at Alice Blue. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our trading platforms, ANT Mobi 2.0 and ANT WEB. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining product roadmaps, and ensuring a seamless and efficient trading experience for our clients on these platforms.

• Product Management, Product Development, and Product Strategy skills
• The ideal candidate should have expertise in the trading field, app development, and management
• Experience in technology-driven financial services or trading platforms
• Market research and data analysis skills
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Willing to work from the office.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in the financial services industry
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance or related field

Responsibilities:

• Improve client engagement and product usage.
• Optimize user funnels and in-app marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers and engagement teams to enhance the product.
• Analyze data to strategies for derivative trades and user retention.
