You can enjoy work in this environment. From this organization, I have been learning a lot of technologies like managing database MongoDB, Cassandra and DynamoDB that are used in software development. Employees create a fun circle and a positive work environment.

This is a perfect organisation if you are interested in technology programs. They offer best technical programs to the work with the latest technology. I got lucky because as a freshman I got an opportunity to work with this company and enhance my skills.

The work place is excellent. There are many training Modules. Team members are very professional and are of helping nature. The development team is supportive and always ready to help when needed.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
