Very poor management, they don't have proper set up to work and don't have any particular product support. Its kind a scam with sub brokers and share holders.my personal experiences is very very worst there is no job stability work with there management. They hold my salary from first month and giving excuses so please be alert from the management of employees they will give any excuses to hold there salary....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
