Nice travel policy. A good learning experience at the beginning. Company is stable. Work culture is good.

Dislikes

No team work. Politics is there. Few managers are frustrated themselves if they don't perform well and put pressure on subordinates. Not many opportunities to grow as less hierarchy levels are there in Sales Organization.
