There’s no such thing to like. They don’t have proper training on ethics and morality. They don’t have quality of service and respect toward theri employees.

Dislikes

Their recruitment team who is hiring for their client is not trained well on hiring people for their clients. They don’t have training on soft skills for salary management their HRBP is worst in terms of communication. Once you join AMS and if you got laid off then your career is over. They have multiple clients and you’re not awareas they don’t disclose in Induction. If you apply in IB then those companies hire on payroll of AMS. So, be careful before joining AMS. The rating system for salary increment is a art of making joke of hard work done by employees. The assets provided by them are worst.
