Talking about the mother company, It is the most reputed organisation in Vadodara being more than a century old organisation. Real estate is a latest branch out of it which has a complete new team of management and individuals. Good to grow if one can create an influence.

Dislikes

Management is confused and third requirements are depended on other imaginary or marketed stake holders in the field who might see only thier financial benefits out of the project. Management is young, inexperienced and highly influential by non technical individuals.

Work Details

I had working for a year in the organisation as senior executive in the design team making proposals for future development, site coordination and design consultant coordination.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)
